Rail

VGC Projects is contracted to support rail projects at locations across the UK.

Helping support safe and efficient rail services

Our teams contribute to leading civil engineering projects to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the UK’s railway infrastructure.

We have worked on Crossrail and HS2 projects from delivering enabling works to constructing bases for signalling equipment, walking routes, acoustic barriers and cable infrastructure.

Our teams have supported the Northern Line Power Upgrade on the London Underground to facilitate passenger movement and enhance the passenger experience and we have worked on the Piccadilly Sub-station Upgrade Programme with Balfour Beatty Rail.

Meeting industry standards and regulations, VGC Projects has carried out civil engineering, premises and fire stopping works and delivered projects to construct under track crossings, sidings, walkways, retaining walls and sub upgrades. We are looking forward to supporting partners on Network Rail’s Control Period 7.
